In order to register for this class as a resident, a current Recreation Card is needed. For minors, a parent or guardian must be a Recreation Card holder.

This is a gentle stretching, strengthening and fluid movement program. Beginners welcome.
All exercise supplies are provided. Please bring sunscreen, a towel and water bottle

These classes will incorporate easy vinyasa flow with Yin yoga using various energizing asanas (poses) and breath work to help you slip into the present moment and bring deep relaxation to the body and mind. All levels welcome. Please bring your own yoga mat.

This yoga class is specially designed for you, the vibrant senior! Our class will empower you to enjoy classical yoga movements in comfort. Your posture will improve as you tone key muscles using light hand weights and resistance bands. Your balance, strength and flexibility will increase. You will become more aware of your movements, and you will add grace and coordination to your life. You will enjoy a sense of calm by the end of each class, and a glow and tranquility will follow you throughout your day.
