All refund requests must be submitted in writing on a Town of Islip Refund form. No refunds will be provided unless a cancellation request is received at least 10 days prior to the first day of the scheduled activity. Refund requests will incur a processing fee of 20% up to a maximum of $50.00 per person per session. All fees are subject to change. We do not issue refunds or prorate for inclement weather or Board of Health closings. If a refund is requested for a medical emergency, a doctor’s note is required.
